お客様がお持ちの着物や反物を使用し「着物トレー」を製作する
“日本橋三越本店限定”のオーダーメイド受注会です。
当日は、着物生地がトレーの布張り加工に適しているかを確認のうえ
ご希望のサイズ、柄の取り位置（画角）、
裏面の塗装色について、お打ち合わせを行います。（約30分間）
日本で数社しか手がけることのできない
特殊加工を用いた着物トレーは
通常一型100個以上からの製作となりますが
本受注会では特別に、お客様での着物でオーダーメイド製作を承ります。

（size 約38×28×H1.5cm / 約520g）
※本オーダーメイド受注会での対象サイズは、上記3型のみとなります。予めご了承ください。
※同じ着物生地で、同型2枚以上からの製作となります。
製作期間：約3ヶ月
完成までの時間も、特別な体験としてお楽しみください。
オーダーメイドに関する注意事項
※安心してお申し込みいただくために、事前にご確認ください。
［加工・素材について］
・特殊加工を施すため、生地の適性がございます。
※天然素材のみ加工可（正絹・綿・ウール・麻）
※化繊不可（ポリエステル・レーヨン・キュプラ・ナイロン）
※帯は厚みがあるため、加工対象外となります。
［仕上がりについて］
・生地や織り糸の色によっては、加工後に柄が見えにくくなる場合がございます。
・黒色の織り糸やダークトーンの同系色配色は、柄が見えにくくなる傾向がございます。
・生地は生き物のような性質のため、仕上がりは実際に加工してみないと分からない場合がございます。
［製作について］
・同じ着物生地・同じ型で2枚以上からの製作となります。
・万が一、成型不良が生じた場合は、お預かりしている生地を使用し、再製作いたします。

どんな着物でもオーダーできますか？
A.
天然素材（正絹・綿・ウール・麻）の着物生地のみオーダーが可能です。
お持ち込みいただいた着物の生地が、トレーの布張り加工に適しているか、本受注会の当日に確認させていただきます。特殊加工を施すため、天然素材の着物生地のみ加工可能となり、化繊のものはお受けできません。また、帯は厚みがあるため加工対象外となります。

柄の見え方は、仕上がってからでないと分かりませんか？
A.
オーダーメイド受注会の当日にお打ち合わせをいたしますが、最終的な仕上がりは加工後に確定いたします。
柄の取り位置や全体の印象については、オーダーメイド受注会の時にお打ち合わせさせていただきますが、生地や織り糸の色、織り方によっては、加工後に柄が見えにくくなる場合がございます。
生地は一枚一枚性質が異なるため、仕上がりは実際に加工してみないとわからない部分があることを予めご了承ください。

黒や濃い色の着物でも製作できますか？
A.
製作は可能ですが、柄が見えにくくなる場合がございます。
黒色の織り糸を使用したものや、同系色でまとめられたダークトーンの着物は、加工後に柄が見えにくくなる傾向がございます。

なぜ同じ生地・同じ型で2枚以上からのオーダーなのですか？
A.
万が一の成型不良に備えるため、2枚以上のオーダーとしております。
本製品は特殊製法による製作のため、成型工程において不良が生じる場合がございます。
そのため、万が一に備え、同じ着物生地・同じ型で2枚以上からのオーダーとさせていただいております。
不良が生じた場合は、お預かりしている着物生地を使用し、再製作いたします。

仕上がりまでどのくらい時間がかかりますか？
A.
仕様確定後、完成まで約3ヶ月ほどお時間をいただきます。
仕様確定後より、製作期間は約3ヶ月となります。
完成までの時間も、オーダーメイドならではの特別な体験としてお楽しみください。

当日持っていく着物について、事前に相談できますか？
A.
はい、事前のご相談も当日のご相談も可能です。
お持ち込み予定のお着物については、事前にメール（sadaemon@8bit-design.jp）でのご相談も承っております。その際は、着物の画像を添付してください。もちろん、当日のご相談でも可能で す。

日本橋三越本店 本館4階 呉服フロアでのお受け取り、または配送にてお渡しいたします。
完成した商品は、原則として日本橋三越本店 本館4階 呉服フロアにてお渡しいたします。
商品到着後、スタッフよりご連絡いたします。
また、ご注文時に配送をご希望され、送料をお支払いいただいた場合は、日本橋三越本店よりご指定のご住所へ配送いたします。
